I began my career in the Medical Field almost 17 years ago, I have enjoyed exploring various positions in an office setting, from the running the front desk, to an administrative assistant, to a practice Manager, to Medical Billing Manager and HIPAA security officer and now the owner of SMS Medical Billing Services.I have developed a strong analytical knowledge of the billing for Ophthalmology and believe that doing it right the first time will enable the doctor to focus on the care and treatment of the patients. It is my responsibility to ensure that I am always up to date with the constant changes taking place with billing and diagnosis codes. I am committed to working to the best of my ability to ensure that there is a harmonious Client and staff relationship. I am driven and will do whatever it takes to get the job done, Communication is a must in order to have the best results.
